  2. 2 tablespoon gluten flour
  3. 1/4 cup red wine
  4. 2 cups gluten-free beef broth
  5. 2 thyme sprigs-leaves

The instruction how to make Turkey in a red wine sauce

  1. Add the butter to the turkey pan and melt over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until light golden
  2. Add the red wine, stirring continuously. Add the broth, a little at a time, stirring constantly. Add the thyme leaves and simmer for 4-5 minutes, or until the sauce thickens a little. Strain and serve with turkey and roasted vegetables.
