- Preheat the oven to 190u00b0C/170u00b0C fan forced. Cook turkey roast according to the instructions on the package.
- cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the bread crumbs in a small bowl. Stir in garlic, zest and oil. Mix to coat well. Spread the crumb mixture on the prepared tray. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Stir in the persil. Set aside.
