  1. 500 g mascarpone
  2. 1/2 cup of the pastry cream with vanilla
  3. 2 tablespoons marsala
  4. 750 g panettone Italian
  5. icing sugar to sprinkle

The instruction how to make Tiramisu Christmas cake

  1. Mix the mascarpone, custard and marsala until smooth.
  2. Cut the panettone into 4 layers. Spread base with 1/3 of the mascarpone mixture. Repeat layers twice more finishing the top of panettone. Refrigerate for 1 hour to firm. Dust cake with icing sugar before cutting into slices to serve.
