The ingredient of Fat-Free Vegan Gumbo

  1. 2 tablespoons brown rice flour
  2. 1 onion large, finely diced
  3. 6 cloves garlic finely minced
  4. 1 green bell pepper finely diced
  5. 2 carrots cut into rounds
  6. 2 cups button mushrooms or crimini mushrooms, sliced
  7. 2 cups okra frozen or fresh, cut into rings
  8. 1 cup tomatoes pureed
  9. 3 cups red beans canned, If using dry beans, start with 1 cup of beans, soak them overnight, then cook in a pot with enough water to cover the beans.
